Doing the quiz well in advance will allow students a chance to redo the quiz if they do not pass it the first time. Students should not be allowed to participate in any lab activities until they pass the quiz (or get every answer correct). The quiz is made up of two parts: (1) ten multiple choice questions and (2) a short essay with fill in the blanks. You can choose to allow your students to use the word bank if you wish. The quiz covers a wide range of safety topics, some of which may not be relevant for you class, so please review and make changes before you use.
